How to proceed when buying an apartment:
Choose your future apartment.
Sign a Preliminary Purchase Contract; pay 15 percent of the purchase price, including VAT.
Pay for any extra costs incurred due to customization.
Final Building Approval (kolaudace), inspection and acceptance procedure, payment of the remaining balance of the purchase price (85 percent), and signing the Purchase Contract.
