The attractive location is near Dalejský profil, a natural monument; the Prokopské údolí nature reserve, and the Praha 13 Central Park – a perfect place to relax and enjoy yourselves. The area offers many public services and amenities: schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, stores, utilities, cinemas and restaurants.

Prokopské údolí (Prokopske Valley) contains a nature trail, decorative ponds, quarries and rock shelves. The Central Park with a lake is a popular biking and inline skating spot, but there are also jogging and hiking trails. The vast park offers many benches, wooden deckchairs, outdoor fitness machines, a bowling lane, an inline skating track, a sports ground, miniature golf court, and various concession stands.

The Stodůlky district is easily accessible thanks to the subway (B line); the Luka metro station is only a 7-minute walk away. You may also use the bus lines from bus stops Vackova, Luka, or Amforová. Car access is through Jeremiášova street, Rozvadovská connecting road, entrance ramp to the Prague ring road, and the D5 highway.
