The final building approval of this project was on May 23, 2018. The general contractor was the company SYNER, Ltd.
The final form of the residential buildings was designed by Studio Hlaváček & Partner, Ltd.
The four apartment-building complex in Uhříněves is characterized by its convenient location within the Greater Prague metropolitan area, with good access to public transportation. The plot is well disposed in terms of its geography and terrain morphology. Urbanistically, architecturally and functionally it aptly corresponds to the surrounding area.
The project encompasses practically laid out flats of 1 to 5 rooms plus open-plan kitchens (1+KK to 5+KK), with most apartments having the benefit of a front garden, balcony or terrace. The flats on set-back floors have captivating roof terraces. There are also maisonette-style apartments available. Ample parking is ensured by underground garage parking with additional storage cellars and chambers. The project includes trade premises for commercial use.
The construction of the complex led to the transformation of the existing grounds into a residential complex, creating a new public space and thus linking the Bratří Jandusů square with U Starého mlýna street.
